If you’re not happy, please let us know. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- a photo illustrating the issue
- your preference for a replacement or a refund

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
- Got a lemon? We’ll help you make lemonade. If there is a mistake on your order, which was not approved by you, we are happy to work with you to find a solution 🙂 Due to the custom nature of our designs, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for customized products. But we’d do everything we can to make it right!
- Reports of shipping or order damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. We ask that you please email us photos of the damaged item so that we can file the correct claim or investigate further on our end.
- If you happen to purchase the wrong type of print (EX: you wanted a “canvas” but purchased an “Art Print”) we are happy to work with you to reach a resolution and offer a credit towards the preferred print type. We are unable to refund the entire amount or accept exchanges for customized products.
- We are unable to offer returns on digital items, since the digital item was already delivered in a digital format. But, if there is something wrong with the digital item, we’d be happy to look into it and make it right for you!
