What is FREE standard shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for all our products! (contiguous USA) Standard Shipping arrives in about 2 weeks from proof approval. We’ll send you a proof to approve before we print and ship your order to make sure its all set to print. Once you email us back we’ll ship your order out. It takes about 2 weeks from then to recieve your order in the mail. 

What other shipping options are available?

We offer three other shipping options at checkout:

Prority 2-3 biz days
Rush / Express 1-2 biz days
Super Rush 1 biz day

and two international options:

Standard 7-15 biz days
Rush 3-5 biz days

What is Rush / Express and Super Rush Service?

Need your order fast? If you choose a rush service at checkout your order will jump ahead of the queue and you’ll get a proof within 3-4 business hours. We’ll also offer multiple rounds of changes a day- typically in about 1-2 hours from the time you request the change. AND we’ll also process your order, print it and ship it out with lightning speed based on the rush service you chose at checkout.

What is your current turnaround time?

Typically, with standard orders you’ll receive a proof in 1-2 business days, and your product will be in your hands in 2 weeks.

Your PaperRamma purchase includes the expertise of a dedicated Designer. Our order process takes a little extra time because of this specialized customization process. When planning for your order, please plan time for the design process. We offer unlimited changes, but each round of changes takes about 24 hours.

Do You ship internationally?

Yes, most products ship internationally but do not qualify for free shipping. We offer two shipping options:

Standard 7-15 biz days
Rush 3-5 biz days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes such as duties, taxes or VAT that may apply. PaperRamma is not responsible for delays due to customs.

International & APO/FPO Exceptions & Guidelines

The International orders process varies based on each individual country. While most orders arrive within 3-4 weeks, others take longer. Once shipped outside the USA we are no longer responsible, for lost or delayed orders. Client and/or recipient is responsible for all customs fees and VAT.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We’ll do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose due to carrier delays and/or weather delays. Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.

We accept all major credit cards and also paypal.

Are credit card payments on Paperramma secure?

Paperramma takes the security of your credit card and other personal information seriously. We process credit card payments using industry-leading technologies to ensure that your data is protected. Your credit card information is not stored on our systems and is never shared with anyone, other than our trusted third party credit card processor.

What is Paperramma’s design process like?

Your PaperRamma purchase includes the expertise of a dedicated Designer. It doesn’t just start & end with your credit card! Immediately after purchase, we’ll pair you with a designer who will work with you to customize your art. Your designer will reach out to you via the email address you provided at checkout and send you a proof in about 1-2 business days (unless you chose to rush your order, and your designer will contact you within 24 hours!) . Once your proof is sent to you, you may request unlimited changes until your order is just right.

Your Designer offers you unlimited proofs and changes, can custom color your artwork to match your decor, and is even known to give out the occasional relationship advice (really, its happened! our designers are human, not robots, & may even be planning their own wedding or nursery!

How do I track my order?

To track your order all you need is your order number and email address, visit this page.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you’re not happy, please let us know. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.

To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:

  1. your order number
  2. a brief description of the problem
  3. a photo illustrating the issue
  4. your preference for a replacement or a refund

We do not accept returns on personalized and customized products.

Returns- a few special cases.


  • Got a lemon? We’ll help you make lemonade. If there is a mistake on your order, which was not approved by you, we are happy to work with you to find a solution 🙂 Due to the custom nature of our designs, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for customized products. But we’d do everything we can to make it right!
  • Reports of shipping or order damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. We ask that you please email us photos of the damaged item so that we can file the correct claim or investigate further on our end.
  • If you happen to purchase the wrong type of print (EX: you wanted a “canvas” but purchased an “Art Print”) we are happy to work with you to reach a resolution and offer a credit towards the preferred print type. We are unable to refund the entire amount or accept exchanges for customized products.


  • We are unable to offer returns on digital items, since the digital item was already delivered in a digital format. But, if there is something wrong with the digital item, we’d be happy to look into it and make it right for you!
